<US presidential election Joe Biden, let's start with the new US .>

Candidate Biden said, "President Trump has failed to respond to the unprecedented COVID-19 crisis."  Subsequently, he shouted a “political judge”, saying that the Trump administration's incompetence plunged the US economy into a recession.  Also, the Trump administration's so-called "American priority" has intensified the conflict and division between the United States and its allies.
