Pres. Moon Jae-in of Korean government's response to Corona19 from foreign sources is generally favorable. Unlike China, which has totally contained China's cruise ships, Hubei Province, Wuhan, and Japan, which are completely isolated from cruise ships, Korea is effectively controlling the spread of disease while ensuring citizens' freedom of movement and transparency of information disclosure.
