It is a memorial move tailored to the Veterans Day, but attention is being paid to why many other memorial sites were left behind and the Korean War memorial was visited.

Fox News did not put much meaning in saying that Biden held a national holiday event at a place to commemorate the veterans near his home.

As reported by Fox News, Biden's Wilmington home and the Korean War Memorial Park are only 20 minutes away by car.

However, there are also many war parks closer to home.

In Wilmington, where Biden-elect lives, there is a Vietnam War memorial and a veterans memorial. This is a place you can go in 5 minutes.

조 바이든 미국 대통령 당선인 과 Dr. 질 바이든 여사가 11일(현지시간) 펜실베이니아 주 필라델피아에 있는 한국전쟁 기념비를 찾아 헌화했다.

이어 재향군인의 날에 맞춘 추모 행보라지만 왜 다른 많은 추모 장소를 놔두고 굳이 한국전쟁 기념비를 찾았는지 관심이 모아지고 있다.

따라서 보수 언론의 폭스뉴스는  바이든 당선자와 Dr. 질 바이든 여사가 자택에서 가까운 재향군인 기념 장소에서 국경일 행사를 진행했다며 큰 의미를 두지 않았지만, 폭스뉴스 보도대로 조 바이든 대통령 당선인의 윌밍턴 자택과 한국전 기념공원은 교통편으로 약 20~ 30분 거리의 가까운 거리다.

따라서 바이든 당선인 자택에서 더 가까운 전쟁  기념공원도 많이 있다고 말하고, 바이든 당선인이 살고 있는 윌밍턴에만 하더라도 베트남 전쟁 기념비 등도 있고 여러 참전용사 기념관도 있다. 따라서 5분~10분 거리면 갈 수 있는 곳이다고 볼수도 있다.
