노영민 청와대 비서실장, 조금 전 우리 대한민국 문재인 정부의 OECD 국가에서 올해 경제성장률 전망치를 -0.8%로 발표했습니다. 

이어서 OECD 37개 회원국 중 한국이 가장 양호한 성장률이라고 말하고, 따라서  2위인 터키가 -4.8%, OECD 평균이 -7.5%인 것을 감안하면 사실상 압도적인 성적표 라고 밝혔습니다.

- OECD Records 1st in Korea's Economic Growth Rate -

For the first time among OECD countries, the outlook for Korean economic growth has been upgraded.

 A little while ago, the OECD announced the forecast for Korea's economic growth this year at -0.8%.  It is the highest growth rate among the 37 OECD member countries.

 Considering that Turkey, the second place, is -4.8% and the OECD average is -7.5%, this is actually an overwhelming report.

 In particular, the growth rate was increased compared to the forecast in June (-1.2%), and Korea is the first among OECD countries that the growth prospects have improved further amid the corona pandemic.

 In addition, the OECD said that Korea is the most successful country in the world to prevent the spread of corona without containment measures, and that the expansion of fiscal expenditures using sound finances was an appropriate measure, and positively evaluated the prompt and appropriate response to the crisis.

 The Korean version of the New Deal is also evaluated as supporting an eco-friendly and inclusive economic recovery, and suggested policy recommendations in line with the major policy directions of the Korean government, such as digital investment, energy conversion, and regulatory innovation.
